When anyone meets Peter, they immediately find out that he is passionate about the energy space...and even more passionate about the people within these spaces. Our clients and partners know that he cares about them and their businesses deeply. He’s a resourceful and inventive thinker, has an eye for detail and enjoys the challenge that the energy industry offers.

For Peter, there’s something special about forging relationships, managing expectations and being the intermediary between the client and the supplier. He loves the satisfaction of meeting his clients’ needs and managing the process for them — taking their burden onto his own shoulders.

Prior to forming IPP with Nick Altman in 2011, Peter worked as an energy consultant for another local company. Starting as an intern, Peter was consistently promoted and became a consultant for multifamily real estate portfolios and mid to large-sized commercial and industrial customers. Peter also gained field experience as a land man from 2003 to 2007 but soon realized that his outgoing personality was not a great fit for working by himself in county courthouses.

Peter is married to Audrey and the proud dad to George, Bridget and Eleanor.
