Infinity Power Partners is growing and is in search of a Client Operations Associate to join our growing team of energy experts. This position will be based in and working in-person from our Houston, TX, Galleria-area office.

Core Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of RFPs from initiation to post-deal follow-up

  • Coordinate with utilities and suppliers to verify contract terms, rates, and related details

  • Facilitating and managing the end-to-end contract assumption process to ensure accuracy and timely execution.

  • Update and track monthly pricing requests; communicate deadlines to suppliers

  • Provide high-level customer service on matters such as contracts, billing, and utility-related issues

  • Build and maintain internal and client-facing reporting tools on a continuous basis

The ideal candidate will also meet these core requirements and competencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • CRM experience (not required, but preferred)

  • Detail oriented and proactive self-starter

  • Strong multi-tasker and organizational skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Energy industry experience (not required, but preferred)

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with suppliers and/or clients

  • Team player

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant work experience required (e.g., operations, energy industry, multifamily industry, or similar sectors)
