Infinity Power Partners is growing and is in search of a Client Operations Associate to join our growing team of energy experts. This position will be based in and working in-person from our Houston, TX, Galleria-area office.
Core Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of RFPs from initiation to post-deal follow-up
Coordinate with utilities and suppliers to verify contract terms, rates, and related details
Facilitating and managing the end-to-end contract assumption process to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
Update and track monthly pricing requests; communicate deadlines to suppliers
Provide high-level customer service on matters such as contracts, billing, and utility-related issues
Build and maintain internal and client-facing reporting tools on a continuous basis
The ideal candidate will also meet these core requirements and competencies:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
CRM experience (not required, but preferred)
Detail oriented and proactive self-starter
Strong multi-tasker and organizational skills
Strong analytical skills
Energy industry experience (not required, but preferred)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with suppliers and/or clients
Team player
Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant work experience required (e.g., operations, energy industry, multifamily industry, or similar sectors)
