Charles is the COO, Partner at Infinity, and is focused on client and retail electric provider relationships. In addition to acting as the client liaison, Charles initiates and manages client utility bill audits and tax research and recoveries, provides budget analysis and supports the sales team.

Before joining Infinity in 2012, Charles was the client services manager at Acclaim Energy Advisors, where he managed customer relations for 300+ clients. Charles also gained extensive experience in contract management and business operations at Reliant Energy, from 2001 to 2006.

Charles is married to Lynn and is the proud father to two daughters, Emily and Elizabeth.
