Abraham is our Client Operations Associate at Infinity Power Partners.

Abraham has held a variety of operational roles within the energy industry, where he consistently drove improvements in customer experience, operational efficiency, and team performance. Prior to joining Infinity Power Partners, he worked at organizations such as Sunnova, Brilliant Energy, and Constellation Energy, gaining deep experience across customer operations, collections, and risk management. He has led large-scale customer service and collections teams and implemented process enhancements that delivered measurable financial results. Abraham has also overseen complex operational functions and driven back-office optimization, ensuring scalable support in high-growth environments. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Abraham is a proud graduate of the University of Houston, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
